mascara that doesn’t flake?

anybody know of any somewhat cheap, meaning under 12 bucks, something i can get at walmart, cvs, etc., mascara that doesn’t flake off?
i can deal with clumps, but my mascara always flakes off and i get black all under my eyes.

Loreal Voluminous….Love this stuff…their is a commercial for it with Eva Longoria and she says its the no flake mascara,
it’s about $12 or so

Covergirl … its in a red bottle.. its brush is amazing i use it everyday… and it is cheap i got it at walgreens!

I use covergirl in the purple tube….the kind with the rubbery brushes…I love it!
