When is an appropriate time to wear sports bras?

Other than when your working out or exercising, are there any other exceptions? I am 13 and I wear a sports bra to bed. Is that okay or is it true that it will flatten my chest?

Thanks in advance!

Oh captains, my captains (#5).regarding the legacy of one Steve Yzerman?

Let’s get one important detail clear here: Steve Yzerman was an outstanding player. The man could skate and score with the best of them, and late in his career, play the skilled defensive forward role with gusto. I respect any player willing to sacrifice statistical glory for the good of his/her team. However (and I apologize for rankling any Red Wings fans, especially the ones I have befriended the past two years), am I the only one who feels Yzerman’s legacy has been a little exaggerated by the hockey press (Red Wings fans get a pass for obvious reasons, mostly because they saw the man play and are due a little blind loyalty)? I mean, is Yzerman that great of a captain if he played for Winnipeg, Florida, or Atlanta? More to the point, was Yzerman the great captain everyone says he was, or was he merely a good on/off ice leader?
I’ve always said that Mark Messier was overrated as a captain, and yes, Yzerman to that end was a much better leader than Moose (of course, being surrounded by the players drafted and managing acumen of Jim Devallano and Ken Holland sure didn’t hurt the rep, either).

A 1.50 m -long, 550 g rope pulls a 11.0 kg block of ice across a horizontal, frictionless surface. The block accelerates at 2.20 m/s^2.

How much force pulls forward on (a) the ice, (b) the rope?

Weight loss help?

I’ve been trying to lose weight now for over 5 years with no real luck. I’m a 29 yr old male. I’m not a big junk food eater such as chips choch bars, candy, pop, ice cream and so one. I’ll have if I had to say what I would have in the way of junk food out of any of these things a week I’d say I’d have only one portion of junk food a week. And I mean a portion not the whole tub of ice cream or bag of chips sort of thing. I carefull with my portions and I try to watch what I eat. I try to eat things that will keep my full longer. I do work out. Its only 30 min a day I have an elliptical and bike. I do walk with my dog a lot during the week. So during all of this time I’ve not put any extra weight on but I’m not loosing any. I only need to loose about 75-85 lbs (pills are not an option) just need maybe more help with what I”m doing. or somthing I’m not doing.

Do you know little Mark?

A teacher asks her class, “If there are 5 birds sitting on a fence and you shoot one of them, how many will be left?” She calls on little MARK.

He replies, “None, they will all fly away with the first gunshot.”

The teacher replies, “The correct answer is 4, but I like your thinking.”

Then little MARK says, “I have a question for YOU.

There are 3 women sitting on a bench having ice cream:

One is delicately licking the sides of the triple scoop of ice cream.
The second is gobbling down the top and ******* the cone.

The third is biting off the top of the ice cream.
Which one is married?”

The teacher, blushing a great deal, replied, “Well, I suppose the one that’s gobbled down the top and ****** the cone.”

To which Little MARK replied, “The correct answer is ‘the one with the Wedding ring on,” but I like your thinking.”

LITTLE MARK ON MATHS (Part 2)

Little MARK returns from school and says he got an F in arithmetic

“Why?” asks the father?

“The teacher asked ‘How much is 2×3,’” I said “6″, replies MARK.

“But that’s right!” says his dad.

“Yeah, but then she asked me “How much is 3×2?’”

“What’s the fucking difference?” asks the father

“That’s what I said!”

Iceberg Cake? Anyone have the recipe?

Okay, so we were at a restaurant this evening and they served what they called “Iceberg Cake”.

It was very moist and served with an ice cream scoop, like it had to be scooped, NOT cut in a square. It had cherries mixed in the batter apparently and seemed like there were a few nuts in there too, finely chopped. Finally, it had whipped cream on top.

Does anyone know how to make this??? I looked on the internet and all I could find was Iceberg cakes that were decorated cakes made to look like icebergs.

Please help, this was DELICIOUS and we want to try making it.

By the way, we already tried asking for the recipe and they won’t give it to us…that is why I am asking for your help.

Thank you!
