i don’t eat 5 hours before bed and i sleep at least 8 hours. Am I starving the baby?
BREAKFAST: a 16 oz smoothie (2 fruits, yogart, wheat germ or ground flaxseed, scoop of frozen o.j. cranberry pomegranate juice and ice cubes)
snack: cantalope, chocalate milk
LUNCH: salmon patty, whole wheat noodles & cheese, broccoli, carrots and cauliflower
something naughty (i can’t help it - baby likes it!!) and a glass of milk
SUPPER: homemade chicken and vegetable soup with a grilled cheese sanwhich on wheat (olive oil, no butter, no mayo)
after supper, there are sometimes 13 or more hours that go by without me eating. is this too long? am i hurting the baby going this long without eating?
doc says i am 13 weeks. no sickness, just a little nausea here and there - less in the morning and more during the course of the day.
not a diet plan… just something i’ve always done to help me stay at a healthy weight, because i’ve always had trouble with portion control.
also, why would my calcium intake be too low, with yogart, 2 servings of cheese and 2 large glasses of milk each day? my doc says its fine.

Ice-cream recipe challenge?
I have every basic pantry item, I do not have heavy cream or eggs which is in the recipe I always use.
I know there must be a recipe with out eggs for those who can not have them, and I assume that heavy cream can be substituted with half and half ( thats what I have )
Oh I have a very good icecream maker! thank god, and I use it about 4 times a week. I love it and I don’t reccomend making ice ceam any other way .

How do you talk to a girl?
I want to be a brand-new person. Someone who will pursue his love and fight for what he thinks he deserves. I will start tomorrow, hence can you please give me some tips?
Cause I have told her my feeling last year, but she said she just wanna be friends. I’ve been nice to her though, and she is nice to me too. But, recently she stopped replyin to my text, either because of system error or.. But, I’ve NEVER have collected the gut to talk to her, esp this year, we talk less and less..
And how about another guy who is after her. He would talk to her and smile at her, she would respons and reply the smile. How to talk to her, then? How to break the ice?
