Respect in Figure Skating?

How come at many ice rinks, figure skaters are really rude and stuck up on themselfs? I mean it’s like you either “in” or not in the figure skating groupie and why? Even if you’ve been skating for years they still have no respect for you. It’s sorta like a one for one thing, your on your own, find someway to survie, otherwise your going to die. So basicly i’m just wondering why some of them dont give you a chance, they walk by and laugh at you b/c your not at a certian level? Why are people/ kids like this? (i’m at a high level, not a beggining level.)
I’m just wondering b/c it just sorta ***** when your on freestyle skating all by yourself, all you want to do is get off. Its just gotten to me so muc that i dont really want to go to the ice rink anymore. I guess it ruined my love for the sport.

I don’t think many of us even know that they take place..so for those who don’t know,let me tell you that *** Games are held after every 4 years..and the next are going to be in 2010 in Cologne,Germany.!!
As for me I did love to be there..specially for Ice Figure Skating..but I can’t!!
But if you are *** and can go then please don’t miss them!!

A black guy playing hockey and figure skating?

Well, I am a black teenager, im 16 and live in mississippi. I want to play hockey, but I am not sure yet. I don’t want to play because I feel that I would be the only black guy. Which there is a 98% chance that I will be. But do you think I should play. I really love the sport and I have plenty of money for the equipment. Now about figure skating, what do you think about a black guy doing that. I also love that sport.

First off, I think that it is important for you to know that I am ***. You can’t really tell, though, or so people say.
Ever since I can remember, I have had trouble making friends. Why, I have no idea.
Me: I am a 15 year old dude. I am pretty mature for my age, and I don’t now why. I don’t want to be. Also, I know a lot more than I should. I have an extremely high IQ, and know a decent bit about a lot. I’ve never been able to fit in with other kids. For what reason I have no idea.
As a friend, I am extremely faithful and loyal. I would NEVER do something that someone asks me not to do, even if I don’t like that person. I am nice, I am friendly and all that, and still something about me turns people off. I don’t act like something that I am not, and I can’t stand people who do. Soemthing bad about me is that if you do something disloyal, such as tell a lie about me or something, I get very mad, and depending on the situation, violent. But realize, that is only if you do something.
I do think that I am bi-polar, because one minute I am happy and energetic, and the next minute I am quiet and self-contained. Does that turn people off? I am not mean, though, in these mood swings.
I don;’t crave attention, either, like some kids my age do. Always wanting to go to the mall or go skating. I don’t wear Hollister and things like it. I wear regular clothes: a worn out Arizona hoodie, a recycle T-shirt, somewhat baggie jeans, and Converse. I guess you could say I’m a hippie. Love rock, old and new. I’m not ****** or sexist. I like to have fun. Getting together with close friends.
I am very open minded, alwyas trying to understand every point of view. I don’t need to be the winner, and I could care less about losing.
Lastly, I am not a goodie-goodie. I cuss, smoke, and other stuff.
What do you think of me? Please be honest.

I am currently writing a paper on pink berry, and i would like to hear some of your reviews on the place. I myself am a Pink berry fanatic, and LOVE the place, but i want to hear what you guys think of it. If you are from Los Angeles, and you know of the frozen yogurt place, please be free to answer. Also, if you are from out of state and have heard of it, that would be even more amazing to hear how you heard of it and if you have tasted it yet. Does anyone else find the Iron Chef to be a great show, but most of the food made to be … unappealing?
6 CommentsI love the Food Network and especially the Iron Chef shows. I enjoy the editing, commentary by Brown, the rushing of the chefs, and end-products thought-up by them. However, I have to say, almost 80 percent of what they make I would probably never go out and try and eat and buy. I know that sounds contradictory, but it is true for me. I do think some of the creations are interesting, usually when the main ingredient is something I like to begin with.
I must give special mention to the ice cream creations, though, because some of them are just nasty to imagine.
